PR electronics is a family business and thus owned by Mr Peter Rasmussen and his son Mr Kim Rasmussen.

The two owners form the management, and the tasks are divided as follows:

Peter Rasmussen

Managing director Peter Rasmussen, born 20 January 1940, founder of the company, chairman of the board in all subsidiaries and production manager. Peter Rasmussen has a degree as electronics engineer.

Kim Rasmussen

Sales manager Kim Rasmussen, born 21 November 1964, employed in the company in 1994, Sales Director for the entire company. Hence, Kim Rasmussen is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in PR electronics A/S.

Kim Rasmussen is a graduate in computer science from the Aarhus University and has formerly been employed at AMADEUS in France.
